All users (including providers of services and requestors or services) do hereby expressly agree not to hold BabysittingSolutions.com (or BabysittingSolutions.com's agents, assigns, representatives, advertisers or employees) liable for any instruction, advice or services which originated through this Website and BabysittingSolutions.com expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies that have arisen or may arise, whether known or unknown therefrom.

Billing and Payment Policy
Families & Parents are responsible to pay for the service of the Website. Families & Parents that sign up for website services are responsible for a fee ranging from $29.99-$199 depending on usage packages purchased. These rates are subject to change at any time and all Parents will be notified via current email on file. Parents will be charged a fee on their Credit Card and the amount must be verified by Parents. BabySittingSolutions.com will use its best efforts to make certain the privacy of all personal and credit card information and at the same time clearly disclaim any legal responsibility for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third party. User of the Website agrees to hold BabysittingSolutions.com harmless for any damages that result from use of the Website.
Term of Agreement
This Agreement will become effective immediately upon any use by all users of the Website and shall remain effective unless terminated by either party as provided hereunder. Either party may terminate this Agreement between any user by providing the other with written or email notice of such termination which shall be effective immediately upon delivery of such notice to the other party. Furthermore, BabysittingSolutions.com may terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach of this Agreement or any applicable policy of BabysittingSolutions.com as posted on the Website from time to time. Users, including both babysitting service providers and the recipients of those services, agree not to hold BabysittingSolutions.com, or their agents and employees, officers, directors, corporate partners, or participants liable for any advice or services delivered which originated through this Website or which were otherwise provided by a user of this Website. BabysittingSolutions.com shall not be held liable to its members or the users of this site for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses directly or indirectly related to the use of information provided within this Website.
Indemnification
